THE NEPAL INTERNATIONAL MARATHON

Running in the shadow of the Himalayas, the Nepal International Marathon is one of the world’s most beautiful marathons: stunning vistas, sprawling forests, exotic wildlife and the freedom of being at one with nature.

Join Street Child and run a marathon, half marathon or 10K in the awe-inspiring Shivapuri National Park knowing that every step you run is helping to give some of world’s most vulnerable children the chance to go to school.

MORE THAN JUST A MARATHON…

“Running the Nepal Marathon with Street Child and being part of the Street Child community was the best - we had the unique opportunity to see first-hand the difference our fundraising is making.”

At Street Child we believe that every child deserves an education. We work in some of the hardest-to-reach places helping children go to school.

As part of your trip you’ll see Street Child’s work first-hand, ranging from rebuilding schools in communities worst affected by the 2015 earthquake to providing education to marginalized children who have never had the chance to go to school. You’ll get to meet the children you’re fundraising for and hear their stories.

Every Street Child runner must raise $1,500 to help Nepal’s poorest children to access education. This is your chance to unleash the power of running and leave a lasting legacy. It’s an experience that will change your life.
